ATCO is a Nigerian company, and part of a group with turnover in excess of $600m. We operate effectively as the downstream arm of the Ordrec group of companies which has other affiliated companies involved in a diverse range of energy related activities. These include, Helko Marine Services limited (Shipping), Abbeycourt Energy Limited (Upstream Contracts), Berwick Nigeria Limited (Construction), Shebah Exploration and Production Company, and Zebbra Energy Limited.
ATCO has a goal of trading products from refinery to customer/consumer, so as to keep control of the chain. Added value in the chain from crude to refined products includes production, transfer, storage, transportation and supplies.

DR. A.B.C. ORJIAKO
ABC, as he is fondly called, holds an MBBCH degree from the University of Calabar. He is also a Fellow of West African College of Surgeons (FWACS).
Dr. Orjiako is the Chairman/CEO of the Companies within the Ordrec Group namely Abbeycourt Trading Company Limited, Abbeycourt Energy Services Limited, Berwick Nigeria Limited, Helko Marine Services Limited, Helko Nigeria Limited and Ordrec Investments Limited.
He is also the Chairman of Zebbra Energy Limited (owners of Deepwater Concession OPL 248 Offshore Nigeria), as well as the CEO of Shebah Exploration & Production Company Limited.
He has over 25 years experience in the Oil and Gas sector spanning exploration, production, Global crude oil and refined petroleum products marketing.
Dr. Orjiako has received several honors and awards notably. The first distinguished Alumnus award of the University of Calabar with a D.SC degree (Honoris Causa) in 2001; Paul Harris Fellow of Rotary International; Distinguished Alumnus Award of the College of Medical Sciences University of Calabar 2005; Platinum Award of the West African College of Surgeons in Research and Training among many others; The Papal Knighthood of the Order of St. Gregory the Great from the Holy See. He was also, in 2008, awarded a DBA (Honoris Causa) from the Anambra State University Uli.
Bryant is happily married with children.
JOHN ADEMOLA AJALA
John Ademola Ajala is the Managing Director of the company. He started his career in the Oil Industry as a Petroleum Technologist with Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) in October 1976.
He was trained by Comerint Spa at ENI refinery, Italy between 1976 and 1978 after which he, along with other engineers, commissioned the Warri Refinery (125,000bdp) in 1978.
He served in various departments such as laboratory, planning, and Business Development. He rose to the position of Manager, Production Programming and Quality Control and acted as the Executive Director Operations before he retired in 2004 after a 29 year stint in the downstream oil industry.
A seasoned administrator, he is well travelled and a family man. He has attended various training courses at home and abroad in Management and Plant Operations in the U.S.A, Italy, United Kingdom, Germany, and Spain.
ADERONKE LOLA COKER
(GENERAL MANAGER OPERATIONS)
Aderonke holds a B.Sc. degree in zoology from the University of Benin and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Surrey, London England. She currently heads the Trading and Operations Unit.
She has undergone several Oil and Gas training programs both locally and abroad and has to her credit an excess of 15 years experience in Petroleum Products Trading and Operations.

(EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR CORPORATE AFFAIRS & ADMIN)
Henrietta Igra Chioma is the wife of our chairman, Dr A.B.C Orjiako. She is the Executive Director Corporate Affairs & Admin of the Ordrec Group of companies. A creative and innovative woman, she provides visionary and strategic leadership to the companies under her care as she leads in repositioning them to a great future with a Midas touch.
Henn as she is lovingly referred to by her husband holds a Masters Degree in Management (Education) from the University of Lagos. She has garnered over 16 years of work experience in management and corporate affairs. She has also attended several management courses locally and abroad.
